Refunds

Due to the handmade and custom nature of products, refunds are not possible.

Exchange of Damaged in Shipping Products

Please contact us immediately, within 2 days of receipt of damaged products with photos so that we can better understand the damage that occured and how to better package our products and understand the nature of damage. Please note, some settling may occur for products including incense, body scrubs, etc., additionally some transfer of wax or loose wax may be unavoidable. Once we determine the extent of damage from your photos we will recreate and re-send the order.

Photos and damage claims should be sent to mandy@faeclipse.com with your order number, description of damage, and attached photos.

Recreating your order may take up to 3-weeks and is the only resolution we provide for shipping damage claims.
